Using BoH SMILE

Your account

• One account per person, with your real name. Your real name stays private.
• Keep your password to yourself. BoH will never ask for it.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Membership

• Creating an account is free. Membership costs $3 (US dollars), paid once by EcoCash, and opens every BoH community. There is no renewal.
• You pay from your own phone. The site never takes money from your wallet and never asks for your EcoCash PIN.
• Your membership starts when a BoH admin confirms your payment.
• Refunds: policy to decide.

Taking part

• Follow the community rules. Moderators can reject or remove content, and BoH can warn, restrict or suspend an account. You are always told why.
• What you post stays yours. You allow BoH to show it to the people you shared it with. Testimonies appear publicly only after you submit them and we approve them.

Marketplace and opportunities

• Listings are checked before they appear, but sales are between the buyer and the seller. BoH does not handle the money or guarantee the goods. Never pay a stranger in full before you receive what you bought.
• Opportunities often come from partners. BoH shares them, but is not the employer or funder unless the opportunity says so.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site available and safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Advice shared by members is their own, not BoH's.
